My scrambler was just resurected from a overheat/ seizure situation. Anyways, I go to start it up after the repair and it won't start with the electric starter. It turns over, but there's either no spark or it's weak. On the other hand, the pull start gives a good spark and it starts right up. What gives? First I thought the battery was bad, not enough current to turn it over and make sparkage. But I jumped it off and it's still hit and miss with the elec start, but fires right up with the pull start. Maybe the battery is just so bad it won't even jump off like it should. Whadda you think?
