Low hard on atv?

my hi does not work so i been driving it in low on my 400L. iv been told this is very hard on all the parts, is this true? also how fast can you go. i think my top end in low is around 25

you got it backwards, high is the harder one on the parts, when your in low though, just dont go above 15mph, id get that high problem fixed
