"Best"?? No one can give you that answer..however we can offer our findings with the pipes that "we" use
I havent torn open my airbox yet or even done a rejet.
My Yoshi slip on gives very little bottom hard mid and some top..but the top is hard to figure out cause of the strange gearing..

Is he looking for a full system, or just a slip on? I just traded my Pure Polaris for a HMF. I have heard alot of good thing about HMF, I can let you know when I get it....on how I like it. The Pure Polaris is a great all around pipe. I like the looks and the sound, great pipe. You can do a search on here and find alot of threads about pipes for the Predator. Now if you want to get a header pipe Rath Racing probly has one of the best out. I will give you a few sites you can look at Nicholas Cycle Rath Racing HPD They will carry about anything you want for the Predator.

I believe he will go with a full system. We ride in Oregon so the DB levels are of "some" concern. So a drag pipe my not be the answer. Even though we have a DB limit our here if your not a idiot an ride through camps or staging area's wide open or rapping the throttle then you can get away with a little higher than then legal limit.
Thanks.
Thanks.

About the only pipe thats going to be close our states stupid sound law is the Polaris Pure Performance slip on... I think the last time I got sound checked I was about 96 db. with my wifes 05 TLD with a high compression piston, carb mod, clamp on filter and the Pure Performance slip on. Don't waist the money on a full system unless your planning on a bigbore or other extreme motor mods..
