Honda's are nice ... but they are no match for the Sportsman line IMO.

But the are close.

I went riding with a Rincon earlier this winter....no comparison, my 700 EFI is a much better machine. Mine is faster, handles the terrain better and is much more comfortable to ride. If you want to see the Rincon, look at these pics from our ride:

I'm not slamming the Rincon, I believe it is a nice machine and has its purposes, but my comparison puts my '05 700 EFI as a much better machine for my needs...

Oh lord, don't ride a Kawasaki 700 prairie. Ridding at Deepwater in MO. a 650 rincon was having ridding a wheelie for any length of time, and trouble getting it up. Mash the gas on a 700 V-Twin Kawie and hold it for a trip tho the hospital. My 650 V-Twin Kawie you could pull a wheelie at most speeds up too 45 mph by standing up lean back and gas it. I haven't ridden a 750 BrutForce yet but they are worse on keeping the front down.
My 650 Kaw had 4K mile on it when I sold it. With only a belt problem once and broken main plastic(replaced under warranty). and they we the hardest miles you could put on a quad. Two trips to Glamis, N.D., S.D., Colorado, Little Sahara OK. (numores times.) Chadwick MO., Deepwater MO., Finger Lakes MO.
ST.Joe State Park MO. Bought new, never used any oil, never broke down.........Boy do I miss that 650 Prairie................Gona buy another Kaw, 700 or the 650 BruteForce. With the Prairie you can climb vertical, as where I couldn't with the '95 400L or the '00 500 magnum nor the '00 Scrambler or the '03 Trailblazer. You would flip!

yeah, wait til you start comparing repair costs, just replaced a water pump on one. you cant replace just the seals, pump costs $180 bucks. upper a-arms on front have the bushings worn out and can't find a replacement for them. can find the shaft, caps, and dust seals, but no bushings. oh and the drum brakes suck big time, can't seem to keep them adjusted evenly. not my machine, working on it for a friend

The Rincon does not have a low-range, does it?
