Default Thank You All

I am semi retired and moved to Florida a few years ago. Since being here boating didn't do it, neither did golf, although I do enjoy them both. There was just something missing. I used to ride dirt bikes years ago, but decided that was out of the question now. After several trips to Ocala National Forest I knew what I wanted to do. My background is automotive research so I just dug into every ATV forum I could find on the internet. What to buy? I did notice one thing. In general people who own and ride other brands seem to love to bash the brands they don't ride. In general I did not find that with Polaris owners. Without any outside input I decided just by reading all I could put my hands on to buy a Polaris. The model that I felt would suit me was the 500 HO. I did email Chris (20045sp500HO) about pricing and he put me onto a dealer in Tennessee. I am traveling there this coming weekend to pick it up. I could believe the price difference from down here to there. It is sure worth the trip. Thank you all for your input to this forum. It was this forum that made my mind up!!!!!!!!

Welcome to the forum and good choice for all-around use with the 500. I had the non-HO model before my 700 EFI and loved it, would still like to have it for a second machine. I think it will be worth while for the weekend trip to Tn., they have excellent, unbeatable prices.

Enjoy your machine when you get it and if you have any questions, feel free to ask, alot of knowledge here and someone is always willing to help out....
