My buddy just traded his warrior for a 03 Predator. It was a very nice upgrade!

Do you have to get rid of your warrior?

I love taking mine and zip throught the woods..where my Pred doesnt fit.

I'm happy with my Pred..however its real weakness is it center of gravity and width...You should be faster down the tight trails on your Warrior..What type of enviroments are you riding in?

I would like to sell the warrior and use the money towards purchase of pred. I would be mostly on trails that utility atv's also use frequently I have did some mods to the warrior but I still would like more power. I have a friend that has a new 400ex and he went riding with me and had mud get in his carburater and had to get honda to repair it. I have never had a problem like that with the warrior and was wooried if I get a pred I will experience these problems like my friend had.

He must have had an airbox, or carb boot leak. Possibly from a seal problem? There no reason that should have happened. Does he have a box lid? Even if he did not I can see possibliy getting water in the carb, but definately not mud......

I personally find the center of gravity much better on the pred than on the warrior anyday. The warrior is quite a bit narrower and the tires are alot more bubbly. Aside from tight squeeze areas you'll find the pred FAR and away better than the warrior.

I went from a warrior to a pred and found that it does really good in mud, probably even better now that they also have reverse! But in the snow I found that the predator got stuck way to easy. So I decided to rebuild my warrior for mud and snow and use the pred for racing and duning. I have taken my pred threw alot of mud and the only problem I ever had was the starter button would get dirt in it and stick in when starting it, but all I had to do was wash it and it would work fine again.
