Need to know what it is on, and why you think it is a fuse. What is (or isn't) it doing?
Usually they are inline fuses I think.

i think i blew a fuse because my starter quit working and it just clicked. so to see if it was the starter or possibly the sylinoid i touched the two little posts on the sylinioid to see if the starter would turn over...no it just sparked now it doesnt click, and the lights dont work so i dont no what i did....it still starts and runs with pull start. so in lost. any help would be great.

Replace the selinoid. Take yours off and take it to Home Depot and match it to a Briggs and Straton selinoid
