What is my stock spring color in my primary clutch on my 800?

Check your owner's manual, it should tell you what is stock. I think I've looked up the 800 manual on Polaris' website and if memory serves, it was the regular stock blue green primary spring Polaris uses in most sportsmans.

I bought a service manual and it is for the 05 700/800's. It simply gives a list of what could be in it, and what the spring tension should be with certain springs.
I am still reading. I may find it somewhere in this BIG book.LOL

Got it. I checked the online manual, and it showed the part # for the 800. I used that # in my trusty book and booooyaaaaa blue/green.
Thanks for reminding me of the online deal.

Hey Ryan, let us know how that Dalton Blue spring works out on your 800.... I just recieved my 2005 EPI clutch catalog in the mail and they do have a clutch kit out for the 800 EFI already..... I'm looking for a little more performance out of my beast..... Have you noticed a clunking sound and mild vibration on your 800 while goosing the throttle and then letting off ?.... Mine does it all the time but the sound goes away if I don't let off or just cruising it..... Sounds like the differentials clunking from the torque.... I checked my motor mount bolts and to see if anything is loose but everything is tight
