"Stock" tires are 25 inch, so if your speedo said 60mph you were probably going even faster than that. Maybe I need to try that synthetic fluid in my hubs

 

yep i would try it,i have 2 sets of tires and rims,one for fast runnin during the summerand one for the mud bogs during deer season.

Glad to hear it cleared up your problem. I've always run Mobil 1 in my hubs with no problems at all. Mobil 1 synthetic atf will last longer than regular atf, and will lubricate the bearings and hubs better for longer life. You can also run their 75W-90 synthetic gear lube in the front end and the transmission. I noticed you changed the fluid in the shifter. I did that as well by siphoning(sp??) the old out and replacing with Mobil 1 atf. Later,

yea the shifter feels alot smoother now after replaceing the fluid in the shifterbox.

 

but do think it is alittle faster with less drag on the wheels!!! lol
