ALL THREE HEADLAMPS BLOWN ??????
Had same problem on a used 97 I just bought and inherited the problem from the previous owner that had the thing sitting around most of last year. There were several posts on this subject and a few good posts, especially from thumper33....... Try this link: http://forums.atvconnection.com/mess...eyword1=lights
Mine was different than thumper33'son lower fronts as the common 894s did not work on mine as it had the larger diameter plastic twist flange on the bulb and the 894s have a smaller flange. The Highbeam was right on, but I had to buy the lower 2 at Polaris and were $24 each....ouch. Seems like battery issues can cause this to happen as well per most of the other posts on the subject. If yours uses the smaller flange lights, the 894s might work and I would definitely take bulb to Autozone or Walmart with you as they have a very good selection and you can actully see if you pay close attention to the mount section if they will work. Walmart was cheaper than Autozone, the twin 894s were 8 bucks each and believe me, if this happens again, I am going to figure out a way to get new housings to convert to the cheaper bulbs.
Hope this helps.

ALL THREE HEADLAMPS BLOWN ??????
Thanks Guys I found after market bulbs through Kimpex for the low beams part#280583 (35w) and (50w) 280584. $10 each that's reasonable. The high beam bulb is a comman GE bulb #GE886. I spoke to the dealer and also a friend of a friend(Polaris Tech) and they both asked me the same thing "DID YOU HAVE THE HEADLIGHT MOD?". They say they are seeing it a lot . I unhooked mine and everything appears back to normal. I know other guys that have the mod and no problems yet so I'm not sure.
