No fuel where? Is there fuel getting to the carburetor? If not go back from there. Was the bowl full when you cleaned the carb? When you cleaned the carb did you make sure both jets are clear and the needle and seat are clear and free also?

If there is no fuel getting to the carb at all, there are a couple of things to check: Fuel shutoff valve and in-line fuel filter. Make sure there is nothing blocking or pinching the fuel lines. Basic stuff, but somtimes thats what makes it so easy to over look. Also, make sure all the breather tubes comming off the carb are clear, one might have a check vlave, make sure its flowing the right way (out, not in).

So the plug isn't getting wet. Did you go through the jets? are they both clear?

Carb cleaner isn't enough. I've had problems with all my main jets no matter what I do every year. Take it out and actually clean it so you can see thru it.

The small pilot jet will be the most important one for startup. You really need compressed air to follow the carb cleaner with.

I was checking the timing and noticed crank had play in it.The bearing on clutch side is gone.I tore the motor apart, waiting on new bearings and seals.Could this be my problem.

Yes it could. Primary crankcase compression is just as important as top end compression on a 2-stroke.
