predator rods

Default predator rods

just wondering a local dealer said that they have had problems with stock rods holding up when adding a 558 bb kit? any one have this prob? thanks[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

That is something I would do any way. I don't know if they would hold up or not.....but I would not want to take a chance.

Excessive rpm is the rod killer on a bigbore, ask your dealer whether the quads with the rod failures also had aftermarket cdi's with higher than stock rev limits. Stay with the stock rev limit and you'll have less problems.
