Not the best wheelie quad for beginners, but with a little practice its not that bad. wastes the 400's like nuthin, and its prolly the best quad i've owned.

Polaris did something with the '05's that makes them wheelie on demand. You can do a search on here to confirm this, but people with '03's and '04's that have gotten '05's say that they wheelie much easier. I have no problems getting my front end to look to the sky... unfortunately, I don't have any seat time on other sport quads to give you a comparison.

The TLD adds about $800 of extras with only a $200 price increase. For me, the extras were well worth it... especially the shock package.

yea, the 05 is a great wheelier. just check out my pics and you will see what i mean. i have the TLD so that makes a difference compared to the LE and the STDs. but i have also heard that they wheelie easy too.

well imo the 400ex honda is a wheelie popper but is slow as crap compared to a predator have rode both and I own a 04 predator and it does wheelie on demand but the 400ex is lighter and the balance point is as far back just my 2 cents

yoiu have got another thing coming thinking they will beat the 400's because yfz450 you wont touch... if i'm correct the pred weighs like 425 or so and the yfz is 350 so thats a big difference there
