Hello...

I have been reading the forum for the past couple of weeks and finally decided to join in. I am also somewhat new to ATVing. Although I have ridden many times, I just bought a couple of Polaris machines.

The Predator is new and the SP was used with 17 hours. I feel like I got a pretty good deal on the SP 400. $4700 including a Warn 2500 winch, winch roller, and Polaris Industries plow. She runs great and my son will ride her most of the time. But, I am considering a trade or sale to upgrade to the SP500HO. Could some of you that have ridden both tell me if there is THAT much of a power difference? Where is most of the difference, top end or torque?

Did I buy the SP cheap enough to not get killed with a trade? Obvoiously a direct sale would be a better deal.

BTW...I love the power of the Predator!! But, it sure does give me one heck of a workout after 3-4 hours of ridding :-)

I think you got a good deal on the sp400.
The 500 HO has good power but I never drove the 400.
I wouldnt sweat it.
