are you wanting digital? or analog?

hot seat sells a digital "tiny tach" heres a link:

as far as an analog(needle) you can get ones from autozone for automotive uses. sunpro makes a mini tach thats nice for the handle bars. i just installed one on my 500 scrambler. you might do some research to see if this will werk for your 250. but if i remember right, they will werk on the 2 strokes if you have it in the 4 cyl setting?

hope this helps......

hey dog,

unless they came out with something new, those trailtech computers aren't tachs. they are just speedo, trip, odometers. with a few other options too.

i fully recommend getting one of those trailtechs tho. i have one and LOVE it. very durable. very handy when trying to keep track of gas mileage, and overally bike mileage.

My bad,
I thought it had a tach on it. I guess it was the name that threw me. Trail tech. Oh well tech, tach there close. After going back to the site realized that it doesnt. The next new quad that I get, I'm going to put one on it from day one. It would be neat to see how many miles from day one you put on it. Or how many hrs you've ridin it (if it does that).

unfortunately they dont have hour meters on them either. i wish they did. but even if you dont have a new quad, they are very handy indeed. they also have a clock on them too.

they are worth the $75 for sure.....

My Trail Tech computer has an hour meter. It is the endurence model. It gives you actual ride time that the quad has been moving.
