If you were making a riding place with say 5 square mile area what kind of trails would you put in? With any other designs or camping etc..

 

You could do a lot with that much space. If it's wooded, I'd leave as much scenic wooded trails in there as you could. Clear an area for a moto track, and maybe an area about 50 yds wide, and a couple hundred yds long for drag racing. Also a mud pit for the boggers. Definately room for at least tent camping (and campers if there's enough room) to help the out of towners.

 

wow that would be ideal you could practically accomodate all riders, some mud pits for sure scenic cruising trails. Basically all that was included in the last post.

The ideal riding area would have a little something for everybody. Like the previous posters have said, good trails, some mud pits, some drag strips, a few mx tracks, and I know I am wishing here, but a sand dune. The camping area would depend on the area. If there is a lot of camping in the area, I wouldn't waste the time. But if the camping is limited, I would set aside 30 acres for a nice camping area. Are you just dreaming about this or do you have any plans to follow through?

 

Dont forget the hills=)

 

This is just dreaming but, If I won the lottery I would do something like this, only I would have to worry about lawyers.
