Default Carbs on 250 Trailblazer

I have a 1998 TrailBlazer that has a pipe and clutch kit, with a K&N Filter, its also ported and is bored out a bit, and the head is shaved. I was wondering, is there an advantage to going to a bigger carb. I have seriously been thinking about it, but i am undecided. Any help would be great. thanks.

Not to hijack the thread, but how to you like the mods you have done? I'm thinking about doing the same.

We sell a 35mm flat slide tmx carb for the 250 and it works awsome we normally suggest doing the mods you have done first as well.
