I just bought my 2005 polaris 800 I put 20 miles on it first day the bike runs great it did shut off once when turning around? and the back rotor looked pink when stoped did not use breake much but was running the bike pretty hard for 2hours any thing to watch out for???

 

your key probebly got cought when turning and it shut off. and as for the pink rotar, check the fluids, that dosnt sound right

 

Tighten the rack bolts and the header nuts. silicone the inside rim on the rear box and sell your new alum rims as take offs before you flatten all the tires. Buy some c-series or something. Trust me on this if you really ride hard.
