i need some help asap

Default i need some helo asap

So my chain was loose and i mean really loose like 2 inches of play so i went and bought a new chain and i went to put it on and it just barely wont fit. I loosened the two nuts on the back of the swingarm but i couldnt move the houseing forward or back. Am i missing something? Please get back to me asap cause i wanna ride in the morning. lol

if it is the same tighting and loosening set up as mine there should be one more small screw that u need to unscrew, its on the rear disc break, its a small screw, its like upside down, kind of underneat the break, unscrew that, get a plumbers wrech and twist the axle

once you get it all loose you have to rotate the axle using the large hex area on the axle that will change your front and back distance

There are the two axel carrier bolts and two caliper mount bracket bolts facing down also, (not on the actual calip but where it mounts to) that need to be lossened.

Alternative method:

Stick a punch through the hole on the sprocket and push the machine forward to rotate the eccentric housing and take out the slack to tighten up the chain.

This is easier IMO especailly if you dont have an EXTRA large pipe wrench.

well i got it on and all is good know. I didnt know about the caliper bolts and that was what was holding me back. Thanks for the help you guys.
