Fuses on 05 Predator
#1
My 05 Predator just stopped running yesterday. No elect power at all. We tried to pull start it, but still would not run. Is there a fuse and where is it? I am in North Carolina riding, but my book is in Ohio.
Thanks

Im not for sure about a fuse but I had a simalar problem with my 04. It ended up being the battery shorted out. You might try hooking up your connections to some jumper cables and see if you have power.

Ya try the battery first. my positive cable came off when ridding about two weeks ago. I just put it back on with a zip tie and that got me through the weekend. Put a new bolt in after I got home and she was ready to go.

Thanks for the answers, but those have been tried. I have two 05 preds, so I could swap parts to find the problem. I just wish I know where to start.
I guess the dealership will have to look at it tomorrow.
Keep some ideas coming.

Just had a similar problem. The positive battery cable had come loose from the terminal.
Also, check under the left side panel and you will find a little black pouch with a fuse/breaker in it. These sometimes go bad. Jump the terminals on the breaker and see if it fires. If so, these are easy to find in any autoparts store. Just take it with you so they can match it up with a replacement. Just another oddball stupid thing Polaris had to do to be different......
