Default question please answer

i have an 02 scrambler 500 and after doing around 10 burnouts in the sand&doing donuts the engine overheat light went on and this(had never happened before)and now every time i get on the quad after about 10 minutes of riding the overheat light goes on has any one heard of a recall or maybe knows what might of happened and what might be broken please reply

(i used to ride it for three to five hours strait without it overheating)

change your coolant...

change the coolant, check to see if the radiator is clogged, blow air through it, spray water through it, its probaly clogged.

check your air box and possibly pull your PVT cover, it may have ingested sand.
