i've only ridden the 750 and i'm not gonna lie!

ITS A NICE QUAD! at least thats what i thought, its got that grunt..

i've ridden a 700 efi tho and wow that thing had big NUTS! i cant imagine how the 800 is! but i like the way sportsmans ride, i would cruise around on one all day...

I think the 800 would be better for an everyday rider...

and as for wheelies i cant help u in that one..i might want to say the 750

ive driven the brute and its real snappy and pulls up with ease as for speed and wheelies id have to go with the brute forse but for a more dependable and all around work horse the 800

Default 800 vs. 750 brute force

Here is my take on these two awesome quads:

1. Power: BF750 although the 800 (760cc) polaris has a lot of power too!
2. Torque: BF750 although the 800 again has a lot too!
3. Speed: Both are fast, but BF750 is fastest.
4. Ride: Both ride good, but the sportsman quads ride the best, bar none.
5. Trail riding: Both are about equal
6. Mudding: Stock for stock, the polaris edges here, but put same type mud tires and BF750 might have edge. Either way, they both are great.
7. Ground Clearance: Polaris has slightly more at 12.8 vs 10.8
8. Durability: Both are durable, but since this is the first year they both came out, the verdict is still out.
9. Cost: BF750 is about $1000.00 less.
10. Accessories: Polaris and artic cat offer the most mfg accessories that any one bar none. You can get aftermarket accessories for any quad, but polaris has their own and they are good.
11. Towing: BF750 has slight power and torque advantage, but the polaris's extra weight helps here.

So.....bottom line is both are awesome quads and you really can't go wrong with either.

Default 800 vs. 750 brute force

I did a test ride last weeked on the Brute Force and the Sportsman 800. The course was tight woods, big roots, lots of rocks big and small, a nice smooth straight section and a couple of whoops.

The 800 felt big in the tight woods.
It handled the roots and rocks very well.
In the straight section good low end pull till mid range rpm then it drops off some .
It handled the whoops ok but felt kinda clumbsy.

The Brute Force felt like it wanted go straight in the tight woods. Really had to push & pull on the handle bar to turn.
Going over rocks and roots was rough and harsh. I spent more time bouncing off the seat than staying on.
In the straight section good pull and power all across the powerband.
It liked the whoops and jumped well.

I think it will depend on the type of riding you do and the type of terrain you ride.
