I have hit the "refresh" button 50 times now still no new quads.

well if they say it is ugly, then i am off to bed. It wouldn't suprise me if they are ugly, all these companies get designers that must do it with there eyes closed. Becuase some of the graphics and other things are really bad. I guess i will see in the morning.
