Wheelies?

I have an 2004.5 SP 500 I was just wondering if anybody else with the same atv can tell me if theirs will pull the front wheels off of the ground. Mine doesn't seem to want to get them off, even if I lean way back, although I only weigh about 130 lbs.
Thanks

Guy at work has a 400. I've gotta ride one of these and prove to myself how happy I am with a Scrambler. For the record he's a 40+ manager that uses his Sportsman for hunting and pulling out all the other bikes that get stuck. Our 400 Xplorer doesn't even come close to pulling the front wheels up and our 2002 700 twin Sportsman can lift one front tire off the ground for about 15-20, almost like a muscle car that runs into the 10's or so. No way would it actually ride on the back tires from taking off on level ground. I have gotten up on the back tires but I had to have a good little dip or something to hammer out of.
My Scrammy wheelies no problem as long as I put one knee on the seat to add a few pounds to the rear.

I can get my fronts in the air real good in low gear, in high it takes what i call the "*** Flop and Pop" Basically you stand up, then nail the throttle and plop your butt down as far back on the seat at the same time. It doesnt get them far into the air but it does a little. If I do that in low, I can stand it straight up in the air (although I dont recommend doing this because it tears up the rear fenders)

Just take everything off the front of the atv (no guff), bumper, winch, rack....just leave the plastics alone, it'll come up. Try to run lighter tire & rim combo's on the front too. Green or yellow primary springs (polaris) also help.
