Default BAD LUCK FOR ME AND THE PREDATOR

Well, sorry for the frist post .here it is , I must have a black cloud following me. I got my predator to work after 3 months of bad luck getting parts.with in two hours my cluth basket let go.bran new hinson, someone at polaris forgot to locktight or over tightend the bolts that hold the spring retainer and gear on the back of the basket.this caused the springs to fly all over the place inside the motor. luckly only the basket and shifter seem to be bad.
so, so much for my pred it's down again
well i had to go riding so, i took out the scrambler.about a hour into the ride i hit a jump.I was up there about 10 to 12 feet(that is what everyone said) and landed it ,BUT,when i landed,, the quad rebounded up in the front ,smacked my chin, and BROKE MY WRIST!! I road away like nothing happend but i knew i broke the wrist.
i went to the hospital and I learnd from the x-rays that it is real bad,,,I HAVE TO GET PINS/SCREWS AND WIRES PUT IN TO MAKE MY WRIST RIGHT!!!!

this is my luck lately

me too! I do feel that it is my polaris dealers fault. If i was on my Predator it wouldn't have been this way! It is my fault to though ,,I knew the scrammys days were over when it came to jumping it. I did however have to much fun when i was jumping it. I must have blown one of the front struts on the jump before i broke my wrist.I jumped that jump like ten times before this happend.after getting home i also see that the scrammy's frame is broke. now me, the scrammy, and my predator, are broke.
the only thing going my way is that polaris said that they have to fix my predator. dam right they do !!!!

heh, well good luck with your wrist, your pred, and your scrambler, sounds like you could use some better shocks up front on your scrammy

hinson clutch is aftermarket. the polaris dealer f--ked up! they forgot locktite or to torque the three screws that hold the gear and spring retainer on the back of the clutch basket.

my scrammy will need new shocks up front. it had the works sturts, but they were always wrong. I even had them rebuilt once.that was a long time ago.they are spent now!!!

It's just in your 2nd post, u said someone at polaris forgot to locktight the bolts, not your polaris dealer.

Hope u get better soon.
