Funny you should ask...I am just putting my sons back together though it is a '02. Not sure if they are the same. Anyway here it is...
Bore 2.8346/72mm
Ring end gap .009-.018/.23-.46mm
Piston clearance .0011-.0021/.03-.05mm
Clearance service limit .006/.15mm

Thanks alot!!! I just tore down the wifes tb last night & glad I did,the end gap was .025 the other ring broke when I tried to sick it back in the cyl to check it. Now I just need to measure the bore & see if I need to bore it.Thanks Again
