Im kinda thinking about sellin my quad. I kinda have other things i want to get involved in right know then go back to quad's later. Plus i ws in a prettty decent wreck this past weekend and i think i need a break. SO can everyone look at my mods and tell me what i should be asking for it. And if anyne lives in Illinois or around there and wants to come see it/ consider buying it i'd be glad to meet up with yah.

Usually mods don't do anything much to raise the price unless you can prove it with receipts and that it was professionally done.

 

Exactly right. I've seen so many guys put a ton of money into toys and don't get nearly their money's back. If i were you i would store it if you have the extra space. For example, nothin to do with 4-wheelers, but i know this one guy who used to work for my dad who had a plymouth GTX muscle car and spent around 10 grand in jegs performance parts and ended up not gettin half the cars worth.

 

I do have receipts and rick ritter did all the work for the most part. I have room to store it, but i think i wanna go to a 4 stroke know maybe even a utility and i was thinking around 3k maybe less depending on how i fel that day. If anyone knows anyone looking for a nice, fast quad please let me know.

 

Depends on the shape its in too, sometimes mods scare people.
They think it was raced or beaten or worse the mods done wrong.

If it looks clean and runs good and strong you shouldnt have a problem selling it, just tell them you saved them the money and work of building it and making it faster, if they were going to do that anyways, like i did.

Mods don't always help. I myself won't buy a used maching (ATV or snowmobile) that has been modded. Usually means it was driven harder then most. If you go here NADA they list values for ATV's. Good luck.

 

your quad is probally worth almost 4 grand but you no and i no that you never get what its worth. I would put it up for 3grand or best offer. I think you could 3grand.

 

well decided i jsut cant watch my baby go so im gonna keep it and just keep ridin it but no more stupid stuff. And start savin for a big utility. Thanks for the help though guys. I think my next mod on the quad is gonna be a carb and reeds. What should i get?
