Default help on mods

hi all

new to this site seems great

any how the problem ive got is this

im turning my predetor into a street machine, i have got low profile tyres for it 225/45/10 or 18x9x10
and need to know what size sprocket to put on the back it has a 37 i think (standard one) so its back to the right gearing

second i want to put a set of rear wheels onto the front ( can this be done) i have put them on the front just to try and see what handling was like and seemed fine

thanks all

welcome.

you would need to put a smaller rear sprocket to gear up with the smaller tires.

gearing down would require a larger rear sprocket (just the opposite on the front for both applications).

depends on how much smaller the diamater of the actual tires are, maybe two teeth.
