the gauges are a life saver as i don't know if my overheat light works or not,i need to test it, but the other day i was riding mine and temo got up to 215!, i shut it down and noticed that red mud was in the radiator grill.i took the hose pipe and flushed it real good, the temp then would stay about 195....good luck with yours
