thanks Budman [guess we call you Buddy] I normally use "The Doctor" [based partially on my hero Valentino Rossi, on tonite in MotoGP at Sashsenring Germany] but this forum said it was taken so I used thedoc.
here is my entry on www at the media doc, down below
"So who is The Doctor?
Well to shorten a long story I am an Engineer by profession but for the last 10 years or so my "day job" involves volunteer work to assist those involved in Family Law and Child Support problems. I called myself The Divorce Doctor [just for kicks] and it has stuck, so I simply grabbed "the doctor" [I am also a Vanentino Rossi fan] as my title in various forums about my "non day job" [hobby] which is albums & movies on the internet."
But I notice you actually live at Lake Havasu as in the Michael Douglas film [London Bridge is] "Falling Down" - the plot was that copper Robert Duvall is retiring there with wife Tuesday Weld but as we see he stays with coppers after he has his "gunfight at OK Korale" with Douglas on the Pier in Venice - great movie but I did not know if it was an actual place. WAS the London Bridge actually re-erected there?
and oh yeah I got rid of wife 15 years ago but 2 edged sword - with wife I had lots of money but had to spend on HER - without wife Family Court of course gave her my money but I can do as I like [with little money]
so thats why it took so long to get an atv [I am 61] and why it is an old 1994 one - but hey, I live in Paradise so who's complaining

G'day thedoc. The big"D". I got rid of one many years ago. Been happily married for 24 years.
The London Bridge is the original. It was taken apart and each brick labeled. It was shipped over here and put back together. Started in 1968 and complete in 1971. The channel was dug afterwards and we ended up with an island. The island used to be a rest camp for the Army Air corps back in WWII.
Am I a historian? No, but I did sleep at a Holiday Inn last night.

thanks for all replies and greetings
good news is rain has stopped so off to the beach in the morning [2 hour drive] to complete the job on front suspension of atv and get to actually ride it again [I hope] - upside down of course but we are used to that as we live upside down
so did you see the film Falling Down? [vintage 1990 or so] but have heard it was sorta banned in USA because it was seen as anti feminists "cult film"
