Hey nuts! My retreat thing this weekend was amazing, as I was expecting. How were all of your weekends?

Tyler
Just got back from our own "retreat". Went camping and riding by the Desert Bar.

I think I've seen that before, have you posted it before?

Looks cool though!
I'm sure I posted it before. maybe the new nuts have been there. maybe I forgot i posted it before. I think I remember but probably forgot.
It's less than an hour away and fun to just sit around the campfire.

That would be 15,330 days or 294 dog years.

Hey BG no more broken bones yet. Still trying to climb out of the hole I dug myself into back then. I think I may have found a way!! Just bought a 4850 sq ft house, that's been gutted down to studs mostly, on 15 acres at an auction. Haven't even closed and somebody has offered me double!! Most of the land is across the street. Think I'm gonna sud-divide the land across the street (13 acres) which will hopefully cover the purchase and re-hab cost.

Do you have your hibernation just now?
Let's put some wood on fire.

Hey nuts! Any real snow yet? We had a pretty good snow shower about two weeks ago, but it didn't stick to the pavement, and barely to the grass -- but nothing but rain, rain, rain since! It just won't stop! My house is on the highest point in my town (I have a USGS benchmark in my yard to mark it) and my basement and barn are flooded. And we're supposed to get 3 more inches tomorrow!
