Default 800 fan noise

My radiator fan is pretty loud, never thought nothing about it. My friend is a mechanic and he says it is not right. He thinks that it has a bearing out in it.anyone else notice this, should I be worried?

Are you hearing the rushing air from the fan itself or is noise coming from the motor. if is a deffinately coming from te motot then tear into the motor pretty quick before it can't be rebuilt. If I remember right the motors are pretty expensive. what kind of noise is it? one way to check if it's motor noise is take the fan off then run the motor and see if it qute.

Mosy of my fans r pretty good as long as I pay some attention to them and let them know I care and respnd to the fan mail that I get. But most of the time they r prety quiet. I love my new popularity.Life sure is nicer since I got my 800 efi. He He
