2005 SP 400 - Can/Does EBS or Brakes Hang Up?

My 2005 SP 400 (EBS added) feels like the brakes are on when driving. I checked against my wife's same quad and it is free wheeling.
My brake is off.

Is there a way to disable the EBS so I can confirm or eliminate it as the problem?

What you might be feeling is the EBS working. The bike without EBS will coast where the bike with EBS will not unless you feather the throttle thats why they call it an Engine Braking System....

Well then, I guess my wife's isn't working. Her's will free wheel if you let off the gas, mine grinds to a halt.
