Default 14 inch tires...problem

One of my 14 inch Kenda Bounty Hunter radials has a serious wobble in it. I took the machine to my dealer and they concluded that it was the tire not the rim. He called Polaris and told them about it and they hadn't heard of any 14 inch problems, but my dealer told me if they won't warranty it he'll pay for it...wow, great dealer. The machine has 80 miles on it now and other than the tire problem I love it. Just a "heads up" for you guys running 14's.

Glad to see your dealer is going to take care of you. Your not new to this forum so I'm sure you've about some of the horrable dealers out there.

Default 14 inch tires...problem

Update: Polaris called my dealer requesting he send my front rims and tires to their new research and testing facility in Wyoming, Minnesota...they wanted a known faulty set to design something to balance them with. Well 4 weeks later they send them back admitting they are out of balance...bad. We asked for a new set and they said no with some BS about 4wheelers aren't necessarily supposed to track perfectly or something like that! Well dealer asked me what I wanted...anything I wanted on there he would get me. I told him I didn't want to take a chance on him paying for another set 14's and they wobble too, so we tried on some different wheels including the 700efi chrome wheels, stock silver steel, 800 aluminum, and camo model black. To my suprise I really liked the gloss black wheels with new PXT's...kinda gave it that mad max or darth vader look, but really changed the look of the machine. I'll get some pics up soon and see what ya'll think.

My dealer would never do that for me, Looks like they took care of you and made it right. I wish the dealers around me were like that.

You are very lucky to have a dealer like that. Mine won't do anything extra. And neither will the ones 90 or 130 miles away.

I also wanted to get some black wheels. I liked the look of mine being black when I photochopped them, but didn't want to paint them and have it start peeling. I'm thinking about getting some ITP black steelies sometime, or their black + chrome steel model.

Let us know when you get those pics up.
