You will not have to rejet. Mix synthetic oil 32:1 for initial break in. 40:1 rest of time. If you choose Amsoil Saber 100:1 prmix, you can easily run 50:1 wit no problem. I run that on my race mod and no problems. HPD runs 66:1 on the race mods too. You should "WFO" every once in a while to clean out the plug to prevent premature fouling. Good luck.

I run Amsoil injector oil and premix at 50:1 at all times for over 2 years now without a single problem. GO AMSOIL!

I have already premixed 2 gallons of gas at 40:1 will Polaris blue. Is this is an alright mixture? Tommorro I will receive my oil injector block off kit and single throttle cable. When I install everything is there any hints you can give that you learned from experience? Thank you Kahnman for the jetting answer. By the way I had a previous post that no one responded to that explained why am doing this. Heres the link: My Original Thread

I think most people that run the Polaris blue run a ratio of 32:1 so you may need to up the oil a little. One hint I can tell you about installing the block-off plate is to make sure you get a good high temp silicone sealer to seal it up. If you don't it will leak out oil from the crankcase. I know from experience. On the cable just be sure you route the cable good and don't get it in a bind and make sure you adjust the cable so the slide will travel the entire lenght of the throttle range.

I responded to your other post as well.

I can see alot of advantages with this setup. Lose the extra weight of oil that isnt being used pluss all the stuff involved with it. Mixing is a pian but it is better to mix than risk the oil pump going out and you not get any oil. Very much so on the big $$$ high strung motors.

get the single throttle cable. the dueal one will work at first and then most likly stick. plus it reacts slow.

mine stuck in my town house yard(big for a town house but no more then a quarter acre) and sent my quad sailing into my privacy fence just fyi, I wish someone had a camera it had to of been funny as all hell. The MSO bumper is pretty tough.

What the?!! I received my block off kit and single throttle cable today from HPD and there is no plug in the kit. I thought there was supposed to be a plug to stick into the hole the injector pump gear came out of and then I cover it up with the plate?
