Wife's ride!
#1
Everyone talks about gettin' their wives to ride, or showin' off their wheels...well, I also have a wife that likes the great outdoors and likes to get out about once a week and ride for about three hours. Here's a pic of her ride.

You got it right, Farmr. I "run over all the shrubs and flowers she just planted". Damned, just didn't see that little stick, Honey. She gets me back by throwing all the grass clippings into the side-shed where I work on my quad...so I get out the blower (that she hates 'cause it's so loud)...oh well, it's the little things that make it interesting.

Todd,
Good one.Im just the opposite,my wife dont touch my rider. Her dad and I were out at the local Tavern 10 yrs ago, upon returning home,we noticed that she was cutting the grass with the rider. Her face was really happy looking, she thought she was doing my yard chores for me while her dad and I were out enjoying ourselves.
After returning home and getting out of the truck, the father in law and I noticed that the grass had still looked high, upon further investigation,I noticed the blades WERE NOT in the ENGAGED position,LOL LOL LOL.She'd been cutting for 1/2 hr WITHOUT the blades engaged. It was certainly a blonde moment in her life,I laughed till midnight.
A wk later, after she was cutting for awhile, the rider completely stoped on her.I checked it out, bought a new battery, than a new starter, neither worked.Confused now,I later looked at the side of the mower deck, she had hit a tree stump and caved in the side of the deck housing. The blades were not allowed to go past the dent in the housing, therefore it acted like a battery problem.I straightened out the dent and everything worked as usual again.I was SO freaking mad,I told her not to ever even look at the rider again,to date, she has'nt,
