Artic300r or someone what does filling in the crank do, I don;t see how that would increase torque. Also any chance I can get a copy of that software? that would be fun to play around with.

the crank was also filled with pb to increase torque

i dont think broly will give the software to anybody ... but i can put here some photos of the exhaust project in a small paper ... that he did on the computer ...

didn;t think so whats the theory behind the crank? does it let you remove the counter balancer or something?

i cant aswer u that ... cuz i m not an engine expert .. i only know some things ... as u can see , the crank was filled ... and that was what broly told me ... that the filled crank help to increase the torque ... the crank was also balanced of course

the only way I could think of it increasing torque is by creating more rotating mass, similar to running a heavier flywheel.

WI i had thought the same thing but in a street machine I would have thought a faster reving engine would be more beneficial.

One thing I noticed, on the motor, is no cylinder girdle, or case reinforcements.
Looks real nice. Real clean job.

My ? is if the crank was not changed in stroke the how would a longer rod chang the stroke I would think it be the same just working higer up in the cydlender?
