Silencer for Sport 400
#1
I was riding in Mexico last weekend when I saw another Sport 400 that had an aluminum Silencer attached to the stock pipe. The silencer was round and bolted right onto the stock brackets.
The thing I liked about this silencer is that it gave the bike that unmuffled, louder "pinging" two-stroke sound without the cost of having to replace the entire pipe ($$$). The stock silencer is too big and too quiet. This silencer made the bike sound more "peppy."
The bike sounded like FMF Pipes for a Banshee.
Does anyone know the name of this silencer, how much they are and where I can get one? If I remember right, it was made by a company called "Dyno????."
Thanks!

I'm not sure which one you seen, but you might check with Rick Ritter at RCR. He would probably have what you're looking for. The silencer that I got with my RCR Stage 1 kit sounds cool. I think it would connect right to your stock pipe too. www.rittercycle.com

Dynoport...I think that is it!
Do you know where I can get one? How much? And will it bolt right onto the stock pipe?
Does it (the silencer with the stock pipe) sound more like the "ping-ping" a 2-stroke engine makes?
Thanks!
