i would say a pipe and jet kit job, than the rev box, that why you get alot more out of teh cdi.

I would go with a good pipe and a good intake and after that get the Rath Racing header. Depending on your elevation you may have to change your main jet. I've heard to many negative things about CDI boxes, mainly makes the quad VERY difficult to start. Go to predowners.com and read some of the threads there about CDI's.

Dont worry about a CDI making your bike hard to start, I dont think it made much of a difference (starting wise). The combo makes a difference running at the drags thats for sure.

I would go with a twin air clamp on. You will also gain some with Nicholas Cycle cdi. As far as the pipe look into HMF, really wakes it up. I had a pure polaris, and a buddy had a FMF, the the HMF is alot better then the 2. I also tried differnent intakes, and the twin air is the best.
