CLEANING ITP ALUMINUM RIMS???
get this polish it looks like cotton candy it's pronounced water but spelled different it come in a roll in a tin can and you tear off a piece and rub this on it will turn black just keep on rubbing it on untill it's good and black then take a clean rag and rub it all off they will look like new and will leave a protectant film on the wheel for a little more protection i think wizard make this i have used it many time and works great.

If they are really bad you might have to hit them with some fine steel wool. Most likely you just need to apply some elbow grease on a clean cloth and some aluminum polish. I used 3M on my truck rims and they cam out cherry, only took me an hour a wheel
