Default Trailblazer brake problems

Alright, spent the day swaping out a new tranny, start putting stuff back together and its all going well excpet....

When i was taking the back brake caliper apart, I accidently split it, with the 2 allen bolts and the 3rd in the pivot. I got all the parts put it together just like the parts diagram. I bleed the system all the way through so that there was new (clear) fluid coming out. The rear caliper works great with the brake lever on the handlebars. It does nothing with the foot lever, has no compression/resistance. The lever compressess the plunger in the caliper, it just doesn't clamp down. Is there somewhere else I need to bleed it, or is there some special o-ring or plunger not on the parts diagram, it wasn't great, just the Polarais OEM website. The quad is not unusable because the brake work great, especially with all new fluid, but isolated back brakes would be nice this weekend at the dunes....

thanks in advance for any help.

What year of Trailblazer do you have?On the newer ones you have to bleed the rear master cylinder seperatly. But most just let it go because they dont work anyways.

its a 97 250, but I did bleed it a the master cylinder, I even left those 2 bolts loose(a little) untill fluid started coming out around the gasket thinking maybe that would prime the plunger in the master cylinder. No luck.

thanks

OK you have a non concentric one so you will need to take up the slack at the rear brake by loosining the jam nut and tighten the bolt in until you get some peddle but not enough to lock up the brake.

What do you have do on the "concentric" one? My son has a 99 and it has the exact same problem.
