Default new to board/scrambler plow question

hello
ive been riding for about 2 years now and love it.i started out with a 04.5 sportsman 600 in camo .that was an awsum bike.i wanted a better trail bike so to speak so i sold the sportsman and bought a scrambler 500.i wish i could of kept both but i can only have one.so far the scrambler has never let me down.it turns faster then the sportsman and has a decent amount of grunt.
my question is i used to plow with my other bike.what plow setup out there can i get for the scrambler.im not concerned with warrenty ect.will a glacier system work?it is so easy to operate.thanks everyone.
be safe

Default new to board/scrambler plow question

as far as i know the glacier is the polaris issue plow setup? if so, then no it wont work. polaris refuses to build a plow mounting for the scrambler. (warranty issues, etc..)

cycle country and eagle plows are the only ones that i have seen that advertise a mounting system for the scrammy.

Default new to board/scrambler plow question

Let me hijack for a second. I'm from Florida and have not seen snow (aside for 2 days on my honeymoon!) since 1973.

My new Sportsman 500 came with a snowplowplow and a winch to control the elevation,, but no attatchment hardware or instructions.

I'm going to slap some Grade 8 bolts in there at the first sign of snow (yes, I'm 41 years old and VERY excited about plowing snow...Sue me) but is there any advice you can give me to help me keep man and machine in one piece?

I assume it needs to be in 4WD and "low" range, but what else?

I'm at 7100 feet, and it'll be snowing any week now.
