Default Matt Smiley edition Predator

ive owned it for exactly 30 days, and i have had no problems with it, my only complaints are the front brake drag, which are on all predators and isnt bad, you can just hear it. i understand were the magazines have the complaints with the close ratio gearbox with the jump from 4th to 5th, buts very minor, you just have to learn the quad first. if your into short shifting, thats were you have the problem, run all the gears how you want to, but when your in 4th you have to bring it up closer to the redline than the others so when you dump it into 5th the engine isnt struggleing to move it and its in the power band. i really like the close ratio gearbox, its just how you use it.

i currently do drag raceing, and tight woods raceing through pretty much everything, waterd creeks, hill climbs, and a little mud bath every now and then. this quad is everything i could have hoped for, but belive me, this DOES NOT have the torque your DS has, but its extremly more agile and lighter. preddys with the TLD gearbox are as fast as Raptor 660's. having a TLD gearbox though, you really have to be thinking of went to shift, but thankfully the way its geared, whenever you downshift your right in the power band, can power through and pull out and shift up.

as far as the outlaw, its going to be released December/January and in limited production for the first year.

also, the fox shocks are unbeliveable, you can tune them to anyway you want to, the front Podium X shocks are Preload, and compression dampening tunable. i currently have my front shocks 3 clicks softer than stock, and the rear Podium X shock is tunable for Preload, Compression dampening, and Rebound dampening. i currently have my rear shock 4 clicks softer than stock and the rebound is stock setting.

as far as opinions and information, i can help you till your brain explodes from saturation, but you really have to go out and sit on one and test drive it before you can make your own opinion.

SPYDER6, thanks, that was the reply I wanted. By the way, do you by chance know how limited the numbers are on the Predator LE?
