who here wishes polaris still made a diesel atv imagine the torque and fuel savings around where I live most people have
diesel trucks becouse gas burn transmissions faster from the higher rpm needed and diesel is $0.70 a liter for farm use so its way cheaper than gas does anyone know why polaris stoped making a diesel

They seemed to be really low on power, compared to the gas models. A diesel is always at it's best with a turbo, and Polaris had none. But, with a turbo..........alot of potential exists....

Died diesel is just an off highway diesel, for use in boats, farm equipment, and so on..... it is red because law enforcement officials check the tanks of diesel trucks occassionally here in mississippi, and there is big fine for running off road diesel on the road

Really, who wants to smell diesel all day while riding. I would not want to ride down wind of them. The engine would absolutely need a turbo to have any practical use. There is a company that converts the Kawasaki KLR650 Motorcycle to Diesel for the military.
