Silverado; At the bottom of your post you you list several extras on your bike .Are they coming off before you sell it?
I recently bought a 99' with a 2000# winch, EPI clutch kit and 26" ITP polished alum./blackwater tires for $4500 +tx.
A local dealer had 2 of them (husband&wifes) on consignment so they could get there HO's.
They both have 1400 mi./89hrs. on them. "Hers" was stock and asking price is $4699. The one I got had an asking price of $4999.
I made what I felt was a low ball offer at the salesman's proding me to do so. He said "The owner wants His new HO".
Another local dealer just took in 4 trade-ins on 2001 HO's. One of them is a stock 99 Sp,not sure of the miles, and he is asking $5400,he added, "negotiable".
The best deal in this area that I've seen is $5200 +tx. for a 2001 HO.
Take it for what its worth & good luck.

Unfortunately The H.O. has created a glut in the market for the Sportsman. I just sold my late 2000, with the new clutch cover and ventilated brakes, with only 350 miles to a Bud for $5800. I think I lucked out. My dealer said he would have given me $5500. But for a '99 you may not do any better than $4500. And for that price, definitely keep your extras. If not for the glut, I would think you could get $5000.
The H.O. is hot, and I love the power. No one talks about the firmer ride, but we compared springs yesterday and the H.O. definitely has stiffer springs front and rear than a SP. That's why it jumps better, but I kinda miss the "cush".
