Default Block heater for Twins

I'd like to add a block heater to my '04.5 700 but the only ones I see on-line specify "not for 425, 600 or 700." Is there a heater for my ride? I live hours from the nearest dealer.

The block heater for the twins is a Pure Polaris item. It bolts into the freeze plug flange below the thermostat housing and prewarms the coolant in the top-end not the block itself. But it still warms the engine depending on how long it's plugged in. In freezing temperatures I plug mine in 15 min before start-up, works good, speeds up the warm up process.

If you go to the Polaris website, there is a Pure Polaris link on the main page. You can order it there and have it shipped.

I checked them out http://www.purepolaris.com/Detail.aspx?ItemID=2871507(PolarisPGACatalog)&txtS earch=heater This item also specifies, not for the twins.

Yea, your right, it's not there any more. I remember I had to hunt around for it and it was in the smowmoblie section. It was for a 600 snowmachine and also fit "600/700 Sportsmans".

Sorry for the wild goose chase, your dealer can get it.

Thanks Shopman, I'll give that a try. I live an honest 2.5 hours from the dealer, I was hoping to order online, but the important thing is getting the right part!

UTU, the bottom of the engine is aluminum, magnetic oil heater is out. The link to Pure Polaris is the same non-twin heater I referenced above. Thanks for the help though.
