I was just wondering if there is any difference in Rick Ritters race porting and HPD's race mod porting? If so which performs better? They both have done engine work for me and they both did an AWESOME job!

 

What motor you having done for 250 or 400?

 

The 400. I had HPD do it but I was wondering if I did the right thing. I have the full HPD race mod kit.

 

I don't think you can go wrong with either one. They both do great work. Don't sweat it.

 

Rick does all his own porting, HPD has another company do theirs. You can get better service and answers from someone who always does it themselves IMO. Dont get me wrong, I like HPD, but I like Rick better.

 

I had an HPD race motor traded in, could not sell it as is, so I turned it back into a stock motor. I have the complete setup for sale $700,race pipe and carb goes with it. Please let me know if anyone is interested in the kit. Thanks , Doug Nicholas PH 712-379-3644

yeah I have seen that its a great deal. its the whole race mod kit.

jug, head, girdle, pipe, carb etc.

 

Would you want to sell just teh pipe and carb? If so how much? I'm very interested in it!
