What is involved in putting a 800 primary clutch in a 05 sp700. Do ypou run the same belt or what else to you need. Is it better then a aftermarket clutch kit? does anyone know the prices?

 

Its pretty much just taking off you primary and putting the 800 primary on. You can use your stock weights, spring and belt. I got mine at the dealer for $349.99.

800 hundred primary starts out in a lower gear good for a ute.

Does is pull harder all the way through the rpms or just off the line. My machine seems to have a flat spot around 40 or so

 

Mine pull harder mainly off the line.

 

You can use the same belt...I believe the 06 700carbed uses the 700 belt with the 800 primary. Definately a big bottom end gain with the 800 clutch, mine will pull wheelies in high now and that's with 27 inch Mud-lite XTR's.
