Hey Guy's,
I've been reading about everyone's problems with the race mod case's cracking, so I took me a piece of 1/4in thick aluminum and measured the case then put my measurements of the aluminum and then used a saw sal to cut it out, and it looks and fits great. Are the HPD and other case saver's just a flat piece or are they more like angle?

its just a flat pice of aluminum. with a little fancy cut on one side. 1/4" thick i do believe

 

Thanks Whitedog, I didn't know if the cut on the one side had a certain reason or not. So I guess the case saver I made out of 1/4 (without the fancy cut) lol will work fine!

 

When the cases crack its awsome, happened to the "BUBBA BIKE" a couple of years ago at Glamis at the top of Oldsmobile hill, Its the coolest and scariest thing you'll see in a quad engine granading.

Runs at a rpm level that only turbine engines know. Put the case saver on after that little granade test.

I don't have a wheelie bar, but I run alcohol without the fan, less weight!

 

Well guys I got my case saver welded on today, so now let's pray that it lives up to it's name!
