Default will clutching a sportsman viod the belt warrenty?

my cousin wants to know if he clutches his 03 600 will it void the belt warrenty?

he want to be able to pull a wheelie in high range. i think he could do it with just a clutch kit.
but i know somonme on here know more then me. so let me know!

i reconmended the team big wheel kit. he is running 25inch 589s.

The belt warranty is for defects in the belt and a defective belt will fail even with the stock clutch set-up. The dealer will know if the failure is from a defect in the belt or from abuse, even then it's hard to get anything free from dealers unless you have a good one, especially an 03 that's like ancient history. At least that's the dealer response I get with my 03 600.

A Heel Clicker clutch kit with the HC orange primary spring in your cousins 03 600 will produce a decent wheelie, but the belt engagement RPM's are so high that you would'nt normally trail ride with that high of an engagament rate and tone in down with a softer spring to the point of a little wheelie with smooth engagement and better belt grab. The 03 600's respond well to clutch kits.

The 800 header & Pure Polaris combo is good way to go. You have to mess with the jetting but once thats sorted out you get better low end grunt, a performance sounding exhaust note an a nice tricked out looking muffler. Check it out.
